RENTAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION INFORMATION
The City of San Antonio will accept applications on the second Wednesday of each month. The portal will open at 1 p.m. and close at 2 p.m. Rental assistance is limited and not guaranteed. Not all applications will be processed. You must upload an active Notice to Vacate and/or active Court-Ordered Eviction Citation to demonstrate eviction status when you apply. Applications do not carry over to the next month. You must reapply each month. An email address is required for the online application.
Utility Assistance:
Application can be submitted anytime but only 1 approved application per year.
